When a movie-like romance becomes reality! Venus conjunct Neptune! Pisces season begins! All Signs Collective Horoscope (February 13th-19th)

Dear NightFall Astrology readers,

Yes, you read the title right. Until February 20th, the stars are showing wondrous energy for relationships. In fact, you might feel like it’s too good to be true! We’re having the planet of love and harmony – Venus – conjunct Neptune (its higher octave) in Pisces (Venus’s exaltation sign). And no, there isn’t really a catch here (apart from keeping your honesty and integrity). If things are going very well in your relationship, believe it and don’t second guess or sabotage it!

After this, as we head into March, Venus will conjoin Jupiter in Aries, which is also extremely positive! So, yes, this period is perfect for getting into a new relationship, surprising your significant other with incredibly romantic (and creative) gestures, and/or making marriage proposals (keep reading until the end, I have a perfect suggestion for that!).

So, let’s get back to this week’s celestial alignments before I get way ahead of myself here!

I. Valentine’s Day under the Venus/Neptune conjunction:

Valentine’s day actually starts out pretty lovely! We do have the Moon in Sagittarius trining Jupiter in Aries, and this is the best possible connection for starting the day (and continuing so until early evening if you’re located in Europe) with morale and a really optimistic view on life in general. A quick romantic getaway under these wandering moonbeams would be wonderful if you have the time and money to travel.

Otherwise, if you’re single, Sagittarius rules higher knowledge, publishing, and adventure, so why not go to your favourite library and get into the “Belle” mood from Beauty and the Beast or even participate in an international Facebook group discussion about your favourite book or movie? You don’t know who you might meet there! (I know I sound like I’ve just finished watching “You’ve Got Mail” starring Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks, but what can I do? I’m a hopeless romantic like many of you!).

However, the Moon will oppose Mars in Gemini starting from 8 PM (CET), which shows conflict and aggression or being combative with others towards the end of the day.

Still, from February 14th until February 17th (exact on February 15th), Venus and Neptune, two of the most alluring planets in our solar system, shamelessly spoon in Pisces. Reality? Leave that alone. This cosmic alignment occurs once a year and has a universal effect of enlightenment. Imagine it as an extra day of love where all your feelings can burst forth creatively. If you want to bring some of Wednesday’s heavenly heart-to-heart fairytale quality to your romantic interactions, turn up the volume like a ’90s boombox. It’s simple to get lost in Cupid’s trance, but remember to always keep one glass slipper firmly on the ground. You could get sucked into a charming player’s undertow with all that fantasy-fueled energy. In honour of Pisces, the sign of mercy, this harmonious blend encourages all forms of mending fences. Why not throw in a bouquet of flowers if you’re the one extending the olive branch?

The Venus/Neptune conjunction will be most favourable for Pisces, Scorpio, Cancer, Taurus, and Capricorn.

II. Sun conjunct Saturn:

You’ll have to keep that glass slipper firm on the ground throughout the entire week, especially heading towards the weekend, as from February 14th until February 18th (exact on February 16th), the optimistic Sun and grumpy and whiny Saturn conjoin in inventive Aquarius. But, if there is any benefit to this annual transit, it is in helping you weigh the options. Since both planets are currently in Aquarius, we can expect to see rational (yet out-of-the-box) responses to pressing issues. In contrast, as the ringed taskmaster casts a shadow over Helios, your rosy expectations and ambitious plans may be met with a dose of cold, hard reality. On this yearly “downer day,” expect people to be glum. Do not give up; instead, return to the drawing board and formulate a workable strategy. If you feel yourself losing perspective, keep in mind that today’s heavy energy will be gone by tomorrow. How punctual have you been with your payments? Your efforts may finally be enough to earn the respect of a respected leader in your field. Recognise the efforts of others and graciously accept praise.

This transit will be particularly significant for Aquarius, Scorpio, Taurus, and Leo.

III. Mercury sextile Jupiter:

Did you think for a moment that Saturn would succeed in raining on your romantic parade this week? Fear not! Support is coming! From February 16th until February 19th (exact on February 18th), Mercury in Aquarius will form a harmonious sextile with Jupiter in Aries. This signals that you have the opportunity to open up your mind and regain your optimism. This is also an excellent time for seeing and catching more opportunities regarding higher education, legal and international affairs, collaborating with others, long-distance travel, and receiving some positive news.

This transit will be most favourable for Aries, Leo, Sagittarius, Gemini, and Aquarius.

IV. The Sun enters Pisces:

On Saturday, February 18th, the Sun enters Pisces and brings a dose of magic and compassion. After the geeky, freaky Aquarius season, the next four weeks are all about the imagination. Ignore the math and sociology and pick up a tarot card deck and a book on attachment instead. During this ethereal season, everyone’s intuition is honed to a fine point, so your gut feeling may be just as reliable as your Waze app’s GPS. Develop your spirituality by engaging in an artistic pursuit like painting, dancing, or music. This unrestrained creative outburst has the potential to bring about muse-provided inspiration. Compassion is fashionable during this solar cycle but beware: codependence and sacrifice are, too. It’s great to see the best in people, but it’s easy to fall in love with an idealised version of them if you do. Putting someone on a pedestal can make you blind to warning signs. Don’t lose sight of reality, no matter how lofty your aspirations.

V. Venus sextiles Pluto:

Let the intoxicating romance continue! From February 18th until February 20th (exact on February 19th), Venus in Pisces sextiles Pluto in Capricorn, indicating an intensification of magnetic attraction! Yes, Prince Vlad (Dracula) and Mina come to mind (this is the perfect timing to watch or re-watch Francis Ford Coppola’s masterpiece “Dracula” starring Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder). I’ll let your imagination flow, especially those of you who are a dark romantic (gothic) soul!

On a more grounded note, this transit is the perfect opportunity to get support from people in power, make better financial decisions, have a glamorous makeover, and improve careers in art and fashion. With Pluto being at the 29th anaretic degree of Capricorn, such situations could come about as a solution to an ongoing crisis, as in “phew, I’ve finally figured out how to deal with this”!

This transit will be most beneficial for Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio, and Pisces.
