New Moon in Cancer! Venus T-square! An electric push towards a higher love! General weekly horoscope (July 5th-11th)

My Dear Universal Truth Seekers!

We start the week by slowly getting out of the extremely tense Mars/Saturn/Uranus T-square we had to deal with last week! Hold your horses though; Venus will be joining the year-long Saturn/Uranus square at the end of this week, too, pushing us to deal with issues in our relationships in order to elevate them! We do have supporting and nurturing energies to help us navigate through it all, so make sure to read this horoscope until the end!

• On Monday, July 5th, our will and consciousness are getting electrified by Uranus towards a higher love, particularly in our family relationships. Uranus in Taurus will be sextiling (harmonious aspect) the Sun in Cancer aligning our higher mind and our will to take the opportunity for a stronger connection to our roots, families, heritage, homes and home countries.

This is supporting energy for Cancer, Taurus, Virgo, Pisces and Capricorn.

Leo and Scorpio should be mindful of impulsive reactions in their relationships and money.

• On Tuesday, July 6th, flamboyant Venus in Leo, the planet of love, abundance and beauty, will be also speaking in harmony (sextile) with the North Node in Gemini. This is a gorgeous aspect that brings creative and passionate ideas to the forefront of our minds, whether it’s in our relationships (both business and personal ones) or our money. Leo is a fire sign and is all about action, so don’t be afraid to act on these ideas or even inspirational information you may receive! This alignment energises all kinds of fated encounters.

This is an amazing alignment for Leo, Gemini, Libra, Aries and Aquarius. 

On the same day, we’ll have Mercury already out of shadow (thank God!) squaring Neptune for the 3rd and final time of its larger retrograde period that we’ve been going through since mid-May! What a confusing ride it has been! We’ll just have to stick it through and watch our communications and information exchange until after this square (tense aspect) dissipates by the New Moon that’s happening on July 10th!

This energy will be most challenging for Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius and Gemini.

Cancer, Scorpio, Taurus and Capricorn will get the chance to clear out any misunderstandings through compassionate dialogue. 

• From July 6th until July 9th, Venus in Leo will be involved in a major T-square (immensely tense aspect) with Saturn and Uranus that have been squaring each other on and off this entire year.

The energy of Venus in the sign of Leo is all about the love that’s rooted in self and wanting to be respected and acknowledged, which is sacred. Knowing that there’s something worthy of shining and being seen is the highest spiritual lesson of the energy of Venus. And then you have all this Aquarian energy that’s a lot more about humanitarian love; it doesn’t do solely with the individual; it wants to be part of everybody, part of the crowd. That’s when individual love merges with the collective love of friendship and support. This is going to be highlighted for all of us in our own unique way as we further on our own unique journey, and this might be a challenge to some people: owning how loving they are or acknowledging where they could be more loving and choosing to understand that we are all on that journey and we’re never going to be perfect.

On a more practical level, this can translate as a conflict or disharmony between personal and professional relationships (Venus in Leo opposing Saturn in Aquarius). The key is finding an innovative solution through the energy of Uranus in Taurus which stands for understanding what you truly and authentically value in your life, and not what society is expecting you to value (Saturn in Aquarius). A T-square is a call to action, are you going to answer it?

This alignment will be challenging for all of us, but particularly for Taurus, Leo, Aquarius and Scorpio. Remain authentic and pragmatic, listen to your heart. This is very unstable and shaky energy, don’t do or say something you might regret later because you won’t be thinking clearly (Mercury will still be squaring Neptune intensifying the confusion). 

• We end the week, on July 10th, with an electrifying New Moon in 18°02′ of Cancer happening at 3:16 AM CET! The Moon will be in its home sign of Cancer ruling our emotional security and stability, our comfort, how we nurture ourselves and others, our intuition and where we feel grounded.

New Moons are all about new beginnings and what new beginning is better than an electric push from Uranus towards a higher emotional connection with ourselves and our loved ones. Uranian energy can be very sudden and unpredictable so yes, this might signify love at first sight for some of you, but you’ll have to take action and not fall into the trap of fear and negative self-talk that can be prompted by the weak opposition this new moon will be making to Pluto in Capricorn. With Pluto, negative self-talk can easily turn into paranoia, don’t yield to it!

Numerologically, 18° reduce to a 9 so it’s all about completing a chapter of your life through one last push; it’s about seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. With most of the slower planets being retrograde (Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto), this might bring unfinished situations with people from the past, to either heal them through reconnection or closure. Whatever it is, know that the push is coming from your own elevation towards your true self-worth (Uranus in Taurus).

Materially speaking, real estate deals can be stricken out of nowhere putting you on the right path towards finding the home that reflects your own sense of belonging, your own sanctuary. For those of you who are expatriates, you may decide to return to your home country or reconnect with it in some way; Cancer rules patriotism and one’s heritage/roots.

This New Moon will be most auspicious for Cancer, Taurus, Virgo and Pisces.
