Dynamite new beginnings! New Super Moon in Scorpio! Mercury out of shadow! All Signs Collective Horoscope (November 1st-7th)

This week is set to be intense! It’s Scorpio season after all, and we’ll be kick-starting it officially with this week’s electric New Super Moon! You may be wondering whether we’re done with the conflictual energy of the last Mercury retrograde… Well, we’re going to have to practice patience and pragmatism a little bit longer with Mercury making its 2nd and final square to Pluto.

Here’s your weekly horoscope.

• From November 1st until November 4th (exact on November 2nd), Mercury in Libra will be squaring (challenging aspect) Pluto retrograde in Capricorn. This aspect can bring feelings of tension, frustration, doubt, indecisiveness, and altered judgement.

However, starting from November 3rd, Mercury will be going out of shadow (the path it followed during its retrograde, i.e. 10°- 25° of Libra) as it’ll reach 26° of Libra. So, any communication issues and conflicts in relationships won’t be as intense as when Mercury squared Pluto for the 1st time when it went retrograde. Impulsive reactions are to be avoided during this transit. These couple of days will be accident-prone too, so be careful when you’re driving.

This aspect will be most challenging for Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, and Libra.

• On November 4th at exactly 11:14 PM (CET), we’ll be having a Super electric and transformative New Moon in 12°40′ of Scorpio. A New Moon always marks a new beginning and is formed when the Sun and the Moon are in conjunction. Scorpio is a fixed water sign and Scorpio season is when the Sun dives into the underworld to go through a deep transformation and find faith and hope again when it enters Sagittarius. All Scorpio-ruled things and situations in our lives can see a new chapter starting to unfold. What does Scorpio rule? Shared resources (whether that’s money, energy or time), investments, sex/intimacy, the occult, anything secret and hidden, strong psychological and spiritual transformation/healing, investigation, personal and political power, financial institutions, sudden changes…

The “sudden” factor will be powerful here because the New Moon will be in exact opposition with Uranus – the planet of revolution, innovation, freedom and sudden change – in Taurus (the sign ruling our personal resources). So, we can expect out-of-the-blue information to be dug up, especially when it comes to the economy and financial matters, sex and political scandals, and sudden fluctuations in the financial markets.

On a more personal note, the year’s only new moon in Scorpio pushes us out of the frying pan and into the transformational fire. No more stalling and no more excuses! Something’s gotta give—or maybe it needs to go, to create space for new opportunities to flow in—no Band-Aid fixes. Drill down to the root cause of the issue and devise long-lasting solutions. Any new beginnings we may be witnessing in our lives won’t come full circle until the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio on May 16th, 2022. This is the chance to truly transform for the better any toxic habits or patterns you may be suffering from for a while.

This New Moon’s dispositing/ruling planets are Mars and Pluto. Mars has entered Scorpio last week and will be close to the New Moon, so aggressive and intense emotions will be running high; don’t give in to those; try observing and researching the situation instead. Even more so as Mars, Mercury and Venus will be forming a YOD to the North Node in Gemini. This is a karmic aspect, and the key is to open ourselves up to the facts, which can be difficult with intensified emotions and Venus reaching the anaretic/critical degree (29°) of Sagittarius before it enters Capricorn. This is a critical moment for personal and diplomatic relationships. We’ve been already seeing international conflicts escalating between France and the UK over fisheries for the past couple of days, alongside tacky communication from the French president towards the Australian Prime Minister regarding the submarine crisis.
Mercury will be finishing off its square to Pluto, so make sure to look at the full picture before reacting impulsively.

This New Moon will also be in exact conjunction with the fixed star Alphecca, Alpha Coronae Borealis, Gemma. Alphecca is positioned at 12°18′ Scorpio with an orb of 2°10′. Alphecca is Arabic for nayyir al-fakka, “the bright star of the broken ring of stars”. Gemma is Latin for “jewel”, Gnosia (Gnōsia stella corōnæ) is Latin for “star of the crown of Knossos”. Fixed star Alphecca is of the nature of Venus and Mercury (idealistic, psychic, handsome, neat, lovable, refined, genteel, intelligent). It gives honour, dignity and poetical and artistic ability. Because of its Venus-Mercury properties, Gemma, if in a good position and found on the ascendant, is credited with a liking for literature, art and science, artistic talents, and success in trade and commerce. Gemma promises honours and preferment if in conjunction with the Sun or Moon and well placed on a map. According to tradition, Gemma is said to be associated with The Lord of the House of Death, and if connected with Neptune and Mars, infectious diseases and poisoning are indicated.

Since it will be in conjunction with both the Sun and the Moon, it will probably give mixed effects such as active and brilliant mind and communications, self-seeking, subject to a scandal that does not affect the person’s position, public honour and dignity, suffering through the law, partners and neighbours, trouble through underhanded dealings of enemies but the eventual triumph over them, bad for love affairs, great esteem by Venus and Mercury people.

Numerologically, 12° of Scorpio reduces to a 3, Jupiter’s number and indicates expansion. What kind of expansion? Well, it all depends on you, really. Should you choose to use this New Moon to transform your life positively, the expansion will be auspicious; if not, there will be more of whatever negativity you choose to sustain in your life.

This New Moon will be felt most intensely by Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, and Aquarius. Especially those of you who have your Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven, IC or any other important planet or point in your chart around 12° of these signs (give or take 2-3 degrees). 

• On November 5th, Venus will enter Capricorn and prolong its stay there until March 6th, 2022, as it will go through a retrograde motion from December 19th until January 29th. The planet of love, seduction and beauty, starts talking serious business in Capricorn. Kiss that situationship goodbye! Venus in Capricorn cycle streamlines love goals, demanding a sharper definition of relationships. It’s time for things to get serious, whether in love, friendship or business, preferably before Venus’s retrograde or after it.

Venus’s transit in Capricorn will be most supportive of Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus, Pisces, and Scorpio. Aries, Cancer and Libra should be more careful with their relationships and expenses.
Geminis should be more cautious with their health and co-workers. Sagittariuses may see changes in their friendships. 

• On November 6th, Mercury enters Scorpio and will remain in this sign until November 24th. Mercury in Scorpio generally makes us more sceptical, aggressive and ready for confrontation. But, it’s also a great transit for deep research and investigation. On the same day, it will immediately trine (harmonious aspect) Venus in Capricorn, which is great energy for meaningful conversations and bonding.

This transit will be most beneficial for Scorpio, Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo, and Pisces.
