A whole lotta glee! Sagittarius season begins! All Signs Collective Horoscope (November 22nd-28th)

Dear NightFall Astrology readers,

What an intensely internal journey it has been for us over the past 4 weeks! I mean, with the Sun, Mercury and Mars transiting the esoteric and detective sign of Scorpio, talk about going deep into the darkest of our emotions and figuring them out! We’ve all been dissected in a way, and it all feels highly karmic as we’re right in the middle of the eclipse portal (in-between eclipses). Last week’s partial lunar eclipse in Taurus was a pre-taste of what’s about to come for us personally and collectively for the next 18.5 months starting from January 18th, 2022, when the nodes will switch from the Gemini-Sagittarius knowledge axis to the Taurus-Scorpio personal/shared money and self/collective worth axis.

So, we’re kind of starting to see, as we’re getting closer to the last solar eclipse in Sagittarius that will be happening on December 4th, what the previous 18.5 months have meant for us; what have we acquired through the energy of Gemini regarding our day-to-day communications, sticking to the facts, mental processes and reconnection with our siblings and immediate environment, and what we had to let go of because of worldwide restrictions and circumstances outside of our control regarding international travel, our cherishing of freedom and adventure, and our focus on the big picture and belief systems. We have realised, I hope, that our happiness factor can lie in our relationships with our neighbours, acquaintances, learning new skills, and even rediscovering our own city/town. There truly is value and joy in all of that.

But enough with the heaviness! Our sense of adventure and optimism will be rekindled this week with the Sun and Mercury entering radiant Sagittarius! Here’s your weekly horoscope.

• On Monday, November 22nd, the Sun finds its joy again by starting its 3-week transit in the mutable fire sign of Sagittarius. The fire energy will revitalise us, and our consciousness will shift into taking action and finalising whatever we have been working on throughout the year alongside a long-term vision for next year. If you’ve been pondering about whether or not to act since last week’s eclipse, you can start executing your decisions. But remember, as we’re still in the eclipse portal, any decision or action you take will be fated and have long-lasting effects; so act wisely.

Even more so with Mercury entering Sagittarius too on November 24th, where it’s in detriment. Mercury doesn’t do well in this sign as it rules Gemini, the opposite sign of Sagittarius. Mercury is all about the details, and Sagittarius loves its ideals and looking at the big picture. So our thoughts and communications can get lost in a heightened desire for adventure. However, it is good energy for socialising and making the best of the holiday glee!

Make sure to double-check your information, contracts and communications, as both the Sun and Mercury will immediately oppose (tense aspect) from the 22nd until the 25th the North Node in Gemini. Don’t get too lost in your big plans; stick to the facts and investigate anything that may seem suspicious. Mercury (the ruling planet of the North Node) will be at the Scorpion’s tail in this sign’s final and critical degrees. You wouldn’t want to fall into the trap of disillusionment for lack of awareness, especially with Neptune stationing this week before it turns Direct on December 1st. Whenever a planet stations, its energy is amplified, and with Neptune retrograde, be ready to really take the rose-coloured glasses off and don’t fall into the trap of escapism.

With these final days of Neptune’s retrograde, more scandals and secrets could be coming out, alongside a rise of infections, on the world stage before the veil gets thrown onto them again when Neptune turns Direct.

Neptune’s station will be most difficult for Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Gemini. They might feel overwhelmed by emotional issues and past pain, want to escape, turn to addictive substances and behaviours, or make decisions out of guilt or being “nice.”

The Sun and Mercury’s transits through Sagittarius will benefit Sagittarius, Aries, Leo, Libra and Aquarius the most.

Pisces, Gemini and Virgo should be more careful with their money, contracts and commitments of all sorts, hasty decisions, and emotional susceptibility. 

• November 25th will be the most challenging day of the week as the Moon in Leo and Saturn in Aquarius will be making a T-square (challenging aspect) to Uranus retrograde in Taurus. Feelings of restriction and frustration will be running high; this will concern the masses as the Moon is included in this difficult transit. Important meetings and decisions are to be avoided on this day.

This transit will be most difficult for Leo, Taurus, Aquarius, and Scorpio.

• We end the week on November 28th-29th, with the superior conjunction (Cazimi) between the Sun and Mercury in Sagittarius. From a mythological and archetypal point of view, this is when Zeus grants Apollo the power to accompany and guide souls into the underworld. These couple of days will be filled with heightened intellectual energy and the ability to see through “the dark”. Important negotiations and contracts can be finalised, especially regarding situations that may have arisen during the inferior conjunction with the Sun, when Mercury was retrograde in Libra. The results we’ll be seeing can date back to decisions and actions we’ve taken during the last 1.5 months, 1.5, 9.5 or 18.5 years.

This conjunction will be most potent for Sagittarius, Leo, Aries, Libra, and Aquarius.
