A much-needed boost to our love & social lives! Venus trine Jupiter! Mars enters Gemini! All Signs Collective Horoscope (August 15th-21st)

It hasn’t really been feeling like Leo season the past couple of weeks, hasn’t it? Except for the need to tap into our courage and strength to face the challenges that have been hitting us since the end of July, fun, creativity, entertainment and romance haven’t been at the forefront of it all. Well, here we are, at the last week of Leo season, when we’ll have the opportunity to make up for the heaviness of the past two weeks, to some extent at least.

The two benefics: Venus and Jupiter, will reinvigorate our zest for life and make us feel the Lion’s heart for real! And the best part is that we’ll get to share our excitement with others, thanks to Mars energising our communications until the end of the year (beware of too much gossip, though)!

Here’s your weekly horoscope.

1. Mercury trine Uranus:

From August 15th until August 18th (exact on August 16th), Mercury in Virgo will trine (harmonious aspect) Uranus in Taurus. This is excellent energy for giving and receiving good news, finding a missing piece of information, sudden realisations, and stimulating and energising conversations. It’s also favourable for group activities, catching up with friends, teamwork, social networking/ media, and learning new things. Managing, planning and organising go fast and receive support.

This transit will be most auspicious for Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, Cancer, and Pisces.

2. Venus trine Jupiter:

From August 17th until August 19th (exact on August 18th), good luck NOT wearing your heart on your sleeve, as jovial Jupiter retrograde in Aries envelops amorous Venus in Leo in a passionate trine. With these planets striking such a sweet (and sexy!) chord, relationships of all manner will just click. And with both Venus and Jupiter in fire signs, the buzz of excitement will spread like flames. With Jupiter retrograde, however, there’s a tendency to idealise or put the carriage before the horse. Instead of letting chemistry burn wildly, contain the blazes strategically. Then you can direct the heat towards your desired venture…or should we say, co-adventure!

This aspect also brings tremendous luck, optimism, and opportunities! Don’t waste it!

This transit will be most supportive of Leo, Aries, Saggitarius, Gemini, and Aquarius. 

3. Mars enters Gemini:

On August 20th at precisely 9:56 AM (CET), passionate Mars blazes into persuasive Gemini, turning the world into an open marketplace for an extended seven months. It won’t take much convincing to get people on board with wild schemes, but here’s the catch: If you want to maintain their trust, ensure you can deliver the goods! The red planet is spending a prolonged period in the sign of the Twins—as opposed to its usual seven weeks. There’s no wriggling out of any promises penalty-free. Caution: This transit can also bring out the smooth-talking salespeople. Don’t rush into any dynamic duos. Be especially cautious while Mars is retrograde from October 30th to January 12th, particularly when it comes to any kind of short-distance travel; make sure to plan your trips way ahead. Monitor your screen time, too. With stressful Mars in this gadget-loving sign, a digital deluge of texts, alerts and electronic info could quickly devolve from “stimulating” into fraying your nerves.

In love, talk might be cheap, but for the next seven months, it’s undeniably hot! As lusty Mars logs into loquacious Gemini for this extended cycle, racy repartee becomes an art form. Fearless Mars favours bold expression—and during the hot-tempered retrograde cycle from October 30th to January 12th, avoid any possibility of your messages being misconstrued. Variety is the spice where Gemini is concerned, so mix it up with new locations, positions, role-playing, toys, whatever! Attractions may be fast, fickle and fleeting, however. Don’t start planning the wedding after the third date. If your attention span is short, don’t worry. Just make sure you’re not leading anyone on. Couples may argue more or treat each other with brusque impatience. Remember that respect is the foundation of any lasting relationship. If insults or contempt creep into your dynamic, stop and address the frustration behind your biting (and fighting) words. Or, save your edgy talk for the boudoir!

This transit will be most stimulating for Gemini, Libra, Aquarius, Leo, and Aries. 

4. Mercury opposes Neptune:

From August 19th until August 23rd (exact on August 21st), rational Mercury in Virgo will oppose (tense aspect) dreamy Neptune retrograde in Pisces! Beware of lies and deception during this transit (especially regarding people and situations from the past), and avoid signing any contracts (important information will most probably be hidden from you)! Your travel plans could get mixed up, too.

On the positive side, this is excellent energy for creative hobbies and interests, photography, advertising, poetry, arts, literature, inspirational writing or speaking, romantic and/or empathetic communication, and influencing others through subtle, emotionally infused or psychological approaches. Walks in nature or near water are highly recommended too.

This transit will be most challenging for Pisces, Gemini, Sagittarius, and Virgo.
